This role is within the Music Operations team and is responsible for the co-ordination of all Pre-Release Physical and Digital Releases. You will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-production of artwork and audio is in place with all manufacturing suppliers and the Digital Supply Chain to meet the company’s business plans.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- All physical and digital (video/ring tunes, audio and video download) releases.
- Ordering of all physical manufacturing parts for local production.
- Preparation of digital assets for conversion into the Digital Supply Chain.
- Reconciliation of delivery for all digital releases.
- Coordinating the delivery and downloading of artwork and audio files for local suppliers.
- Convert and amend overseas artwork to local specifications.
- Develop an excellent relationship with all suppliers regarding all aspects of co-ordinating the pre-production of product.
- Overall responsibility for the implementation, update and distribution of the Company’s New Release Schedule.
- Coordination of Point Of Sale material.

In addition you will possess excellent time management skills, a strong business acumen and demonstrated problem solving abilities. Your highly developed organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines in a team environment will see you succeed in this role.
