EMI Music's Melbourne office is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person who is searching for a foot in the door in to the music industry.
This one day a week position (Tuesdays or Wednesdays) will report directly to the Melbourne Media Manger and will be responsible for the weekly mailout, press collection, data base management, club launches and general support to the Media team.
We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in persuing a long term career within the music business, preferably within media and promotions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic self starter who possesses the following skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Corel a bonus.
• A good understanding of the digital media environment.
• Fantastic interpersonal skills.
• Great organisational and time management skills with an ability to effectively multi task and prioritise workload
• 100% attention to detail.
