Human Resources is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing the best people for EMI Music Australia. We work with each department on people issues like recruitment, learning & development, performance appraisals, employee benefits and work experience placements. We are also responsible for activities such as payroll and occupational health and safety, and of course we answer employee queries about anything and everything!
