Administration looks after two specific areas - building administration and front office administration. Building administration involves taking care of the building, making sure it and everything in it are kept in top shape and stocked up with everything that the company needs to operate, from milk and papers to stationary and light bulbs. Building administration also includes coordination of the mailroom. Front office administration provide a comprehensive front office service, including reception and switchboard duties, and other administrative tasks such as labelling CDs, mail outs etc.
