Business Support is responsible for the day to day financial management of the record labels with particular focus on marketing spend control, assessing the effectiveness of TV marketing campaigns, analysing retail campaigns and one-off deals and contributing to artist investment decisions. The department is also responsible for the monthly forecasting & annual budgeting processes and also for tracking artist project profitability. Business Support provides the commercial input into the sales, marketing, A&R and strategic decision-making process. This team is also responsible for developing the strategy behind our consumer online presence, helping the business to inform our customers about our artists and their music.
